All invoices and updates are estimated until after the event where a final invoice is issued. This is to cover any changes you require and also when all costs have been quantified. Please DO NOT PAY till a final invoice is issued.
Logistics - 3 weeks before i will need:
Your final guest numbers.
Food choices.
Food timings.
Table setup (shared platter style)
Facilities required in proximity to food preparation:
Fridge space - a cool room is best (happy to share with the bar) or equivalent will be needed. House fridges will be too small for large catering trays and whole lambs.
Power 3 x 10amp with separate empty circuits.
Water pressure requirements are: 10 L/m minimum at 200-400 kPa max.
Fire space - fire on the ground will be needed for whole lamb and Pumpkin dishes, we will tidy, remove coal and fat best we can.
Timings - Main service will not start before 4pm. If you select pre canapés they will be served minimum 2.5hours before main service.
Long travel needs:
Clients will need to organize their own plates and cutlery.
I may organize a wood delivery prior to the event.
Accommodation will be booked on airbnb and is estimated in invoice.
Garage removal will be the responsibility of the clients (2-4 Bags), which will be left tidy and convenient.
Set up and pack up - Access to the venue one day leading up to the event for setup, and access to the venue one day after the event for back down.

Staffing
Slow beans and bones and staff will cover everything to do with our food, including serving, clearing and rinsing hire plates for return.
If the pre canapés and main food areas are far away from each other, an extra staff member will be needed and charged.
No extra staff will be needed for food service
Full cleaning of plates (non rental) will incur additional fee
Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable to another date within 9 months of the initial function date. Final 50% payment is required after the event and no later than 14 days post to the function date. Please advise by email every time a payment is made.
Cancellation policy - Cancellations between 9 calendar months and the initial function date will not receive their deposit back.
Guest Numbers - The maximum guest is 150 and minimum 60, additional guests over 150 are charged at $100 per head. If the guest numbers drop by more than 10 people, then the per head costs will increase by $3 per person.
Fire Safety - Fire extinguishers and fire blankets will be on site and visible. Slow Beans and Bones will obtain a fire ban exemption through the local fire department.
Damage and liability - Slow Beans and Bones have a Public liability of $200 million.
General
Slow beans and bones staff reserve the right to intervene if an event’s activities are considered illegal or offensive.
General and normal cleaning of food preparation areas is included as part of the all-inclusive package.
Covid -19 - Slowbeans and bones is Covid safe, We have all our safety plans in place. https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid19/industry-guidelines/wedding ceremonies-and-receptions. We are more than happy to postpone existing dates and move dates with no extra charges if restrictions are going to make it too difficult for you to proceed with your wedding at the time. If you were to Cancel your wedding, you will still encounter the Non-refundable deposit policy.
